Joseph Tarantino, Jr

Joseph Tarantino is the founder and president of ERA Continental Realty, a real estate consulting and marketing company established in 1974.  ERA Continental Realty is located in East Norriton, PA.

Joe has been active in land sales and development, joint ventures, commercial and industrial sales and leasing.  His expertise lies in acquisitions and development of land and joint venture and general partnership development and financing. 

Joe has been a Real Estate Commissioner for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1994 and is also the Managing Partner for PharmaBioSource Realty which is a leader in the marketing of pharmaceutical plants around the world.

Joe is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, West Virginia, as well as, Pennsylvania.  He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of Lamda Alpha International.
